Getting Started with a Free In-Home, No-obligation Consultation
Our team will visit you at your home to discuss your renovation plans. Our goals is to help you transform your dream into reality. After the initial consultation our team will provide you with personalized “Inspirations Boards” as well as access to thousands of inspirational design ideas in one location, allowing you to collaborate with our designers along the way. Together, we’ll assess which type of project management is required (general or direct) and the sub-contractors and trades that will be needed to complete your project. At this stage we will also discuss the project scope, ascertain your preliminary budget and set an estimated timeline for completion. If necessary we will work with a structural engineer or architect.
Dream and Design
The next step is to create detailed designs of your home in order to visualize the final transformation. Our designers create virtual 3D renderings allowing you to experience your renovations and make changes prior to proceeding with the developmental phase. This can save you thousands of dollars. During this stage we will help you to make decisions on which materials to use so that they fit within your vision and match your budget. Also at this point, your project manager will collect and review quotes from sub-contractors and prepare a final estimate for your renovation. Once the sub-trades have been approved, we’ll begin scheduling the work so your project runs smoothly.
Develop
Before the work gets underway, your project manager will ensure that all permits, if required, are obtained, inspected and passed. During the development phase, we’ll ensure that all work meets our high quality standards, and that the work is progressing according to the set timeline. You can rest assured that our team will verify all trades are covered by WCB and have insurance, saving you from unforeseen costs and headaches.
